Shipping

Countries: we deliver to Germany and Austria.
Cost: shipping is free on every order.
Delivery time: estimated 2 to 4 working days after we receive your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Dispatch: your order is packed and shipped from a warehouse in the European Union operated by our logistics partner, BigArena Fulfillment (Bulgaria/Slovakia).

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, write to us at info@elvora.com with your order number. We will look into it and find a solution. Please check your parcel when you receive it and tell us about any damage as soon as possible.

Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. There are no extra shipping fees at checkout.
