You have two separate rights: a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, and our own 60-day money-back guarantee. You can use whichever suits you. The guarantee does not limit your legal rights.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 60 days of receiving it and get your money back. This applies even if the bottles are opened, and you do not need to give a reason.

  • The 60 days start on the day you receive the goods.
  • To use the guarantee, send an email to info@elvora.com with your name and order number.
  • We will tell you how to send the products back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Once we have received the return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Right of withdrawal (14 days, EU consumers)

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, it ends 14 days after you received the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or by letter:

You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fee for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you told us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have passed. Return address: [PLACEHOLDER: EU return address].

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery. Because we also offer the 60-day money-back guarantee, which covers opened bottles, this exception does not affect you within those 60 days.

Refunds in general

Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the order (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Depending on your bank or provider, it can take a few extra days for the money to appear in your account.
