1. Scope and seller
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on this website between Syner Ecom LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us"), trading as ELVORA, and consumers ("you") who order for delivery to Germany or Austria. A consumer is anyone who buys for purposes that are mainly outside their trade or profession.
2. Products
We sell the food supplement "Mann Vital" in capsule form. A food supplement is not a medicine and does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Product details, ingredients and usage notes are shown on the product page and on the label.
3. How a contract is made
The products on our website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking the final order button in the checkout you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away. The contract is made when we send you a shipping confirmation or deliver the goods, whichever comes first.
All purchases are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT. Shipping to Germany and Austria is free. No other costs are added at checkout.
You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal in the Shopify checkout. Your payment is taken when you place the order. More details are in our Shipping & Payment page.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Germany and Austria only. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days after we receive your order. Goods are shipped from a warehouse in the European Union run by our logistics partner BigArena Fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates and not fixed dates. 6. Your right of withdrawal and our 60-day guarantee
As a consumer in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, which applies even if the bottles are opened. The full terms and a withdrawal form are in our Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they are fully paid for.
8. Legal guarantee for defects
You have the statutory rights for defective goods under the law of your country. Our 60-day guarantee does not limit these rights. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@elvora.com and include your order number and, if possible, a photo.
9. Safety information
Please read the label before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for anyone under 18. If you take medication, speak to your doctor before use. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it, including under product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one on which you can regularly rely), and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent the law allows.

12. Governing law and disputes
The law of the United States (State of New Mexico) applies to this contract. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Changes to these terms
The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders.
